Plans, billing and discounts
What plans are available?
KindTally is free for one child, forever. Family Plus and Family Pro ADHD add more children, behaviour charts, advanced reports and ADHD-friendly tools as monthly subscriptions. Lifetime is a one-off payment for one family account.Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes. Open Settings → Billing to change plan. Upgrades take effect straight away. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current paid period so you keep what you paid for.Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancelled accounts keep full access until the end of the paid period and then drop back to the free plan. Your family data stays in place.What happens if a payment fails?
Our payment provider retries the payment a few times. If it still fails, your plan may drop back to free until you update your card in Settings → Billing.Do discounts apply automatically?
Yes. Referral rewards and admin-applied discounts appear in your account and are applied to your next eligible bill — you do not need to enter a code at checkout.Can discounts be stacked?
Usually no. KindTally does not normally allow multiple discounts to stack unless approved by admin.How does Refer a Friend work?
Share your personal referral link. Your friend gets 50% off their second month once they become a paying subscriber. You get 50% off your next term once they have completed their first paid month and are still active. Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash.What does Lifetime include?
Pay once for ongoing access to the included paid KindTally features for one family account. Lifetime access means access to the included paid KindTally features for the lifetime of the KindTally service. It does not guarantee that the service will operate forever, and it does not include separate future add-ons, third-party fees or new products that are clearly sold separately.
Paid plans are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period; cancel anytime from Settings → Billing.
